REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (Droit de Rétractation)

In accordance with French consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) by contacting us at urbndanicontact@gmail.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been personalised or custom-made to your specifications.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at urbndanicontact@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
